Terms & Conditions

As with all business we have terms and conditions and a company code of conduct to which we must abide by rules and regulations set by the DOENI for road transport as with all bus and coach companies.

Please see our terms as below:
• All concert travel dates, times and pick up points are stated on our website and Facebook page.

• All concert pickup times are stated at time of booking; however, passengers are advised to check website and Facebook page before travel in the event of any changes.

• All bookings to Concerts must be pre-booked and paid for in advance. Bookings are non-refundable unless concert is cancelled.

• Price is for coach travel only and does not include entry to the concert or event.

• Bookings to be made through the website unless otherwise stated.

• It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that all information is correct at the time of booking such as email address and contact details

• Concert bus services are subject to a minimum of 10 passengers – if this number is not met, the service may not go ahead.

• In the event that the bus is cancelled you will be informed by email no later than 3 days prior to date of concert to make alternative arrangements.

• Private bookings to concerts are welcome. 50% deposit required at time of booking and remaining 50% required 2 weeks before day of travel.

• Comfort breaks are provided en route.

• Concert Connections operates a No alcohol policy on all its coach services, in line with the DOE law in NI. Passengers who bring alcohol will have it stored in the luggage department at their own risk.

• Strictly No Smoking or Vaping on coach.

• Concert Connections operates a Zero Tolerance to Abuse. Unruly behaviour, violence or intimidation towards drivers or other passengers will not be tolerated and passengers will be asked to leave the coach. We will contact the Police or Garda.

• Passengers are required to arrive back to the coach a maximum of 30 minutes after a concert is over. All reasonable efforts will be made by the driver, but it is ultimately the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they return to the coach on time. To this end, please ensure we have a correct mobile contact number for you or a member of your group. Please ensure the phone is switched on.

• All travel is subject to delays, including traffic, road closures, weather etc. all these are outside of our control. We endeavour to ensure travel is on time, however in any eventuality we reserve the right for delays up to 90 mins without prejudice.

• Concert Connections accept no liability for loss or damage of personal property.
